Welcome to Leipzig University’s Doctoral and Postdoctoral Administration System (DPVS)!

The DPVS is used for online registration for doctoral candidates at Leipzig University. It will accompany you throughout your doctorate in the future.

Currently, you can use the system to create and submit the following applications:

• Application for membership of the Graduate Academy Leipzig
• Application for inclusion on the list of doctoral candidates
• Application for the opening of the doctoral procedure

The DPVS is still being introduced. The current range of functions can be found in the info box on the right-hand side.

Before you enter the system with your university login, you must first register. Please use the tab „Registration“for this process.
